This is the first time I watch a Norris class and I really loved it! He gives a great cueing and the variations of the exercises from less to more difficult are awesome. Great teacher, great class! I would love to see more classes by Norris!!

Nice smooth class with some excellent variations, especially the banana ones! They were bananas! :)
