The whole class is great! That last set of stretches for inside the shoulder blades is pure gold. Thank you so much.
I know I'm super late to the party with this class, but those lat & rhomboid stretches were just what I needed. Since having a baby my upper body/ribcage/shoulder girdle area has felt as stiff as a board and this was exactly the remedy that I've been searching for. Thanks Anthony!
I have Scoliosis and it felt wonderful . I do similar stretches, push and pull on bar but, you kept us there longer. Thanks for your creativity in opening the spine.
