Perfect workout for a rainy day inside Sally! I love how you focus on shoulder girdle as a base and your cue to take tension away from arms to “put back into tummy” will be my new favourite. Fabulous as always! Thank you🙏🏼

I loved this one, Sally! Especially the leg/hip exercises at the beginning.  That was a nice mix-up!
