Fantastic reformer routine love your energy. I was just wondering about the butt/back lift, i just cant seem to get it, is there another class with more detailed instructions?? Thanks have a great day ??

Nicole Elgar, the Spine Lift (I accidentally called by the name Kathy Grant first used for it) can be tricky. Try it with a little more spring tension than what you do Short Spine with. This will give you more support. Also, use the hands to help you keep the machine still while trying to life the spine. Good luck!
