Meredith.... There are no words for how much I loved this one! Love, respect, and warm fuzzies! And I'd like to think my bicycles would look a little smoother had I not been laughing quite as much. ;)

Just watching this video, I can already feel my neck straining. My neck muscles are out of shape, I may need a pillow for holding the head up so long.

Well hello arms and shoulders!! And abs!! Thank you Meredith!! This class had such a mindfulness to it. I love weights with mat work- they actually help me better connect with my center. I have tight neck and shoulders. The weights actually help me get out of neck and use my shoulder girdle! Bravo.
