Wow. That is a great class. I completely love the casual banter & obvious friendship between the 2 of you. The class felt real. I enjoyed how you chit chatted about different ways to do things. There's not just one way and you're always exploring new things even though your pro's. Good role modelling for us out here. Thanks heaps
Love, love, love your Girl Time classes, Kristi and Meredith, especially because of your joyful sense of exploration and spontaneity! More, please! Towers and barrels and chairs, oh my! ;)
I love Girl Time. You two are so wonderful together and I love how you pass the movements to each other, following the BASI block system. I learn so much from you two - I just feel so good after I am done with your workouts. Keep it coming please Love my BASI family :))
Great workout, thanks! This will work its way into my own classes this month. :) I like to see that you shift gears on the fly as my experience is that the best planned workout tends to change once people start moving. It helps me to adapt as well and not be too rigid.
Happy to hear it Matthew! Structure as a format is one thing, but reality in the moment is another. Rigidity and Pilates, though commonly seen as similar, really don't go together if you allow yourself the opportunity to be with (and teach to) the people in front of you.
