Wow, don't take refresh as meaning "easy". This class is breaks down some basic reformer work, but as Karen promised--it is intense. Loved especially the pulling straps after the foot bar and kneeling shoulder girdle work.
Hi Karen, loved this! So many great moves and cues. Some favorites....loved when you said "pull down on the way out and lift up when you come in" when doing footwork. And I always love to hear you say "journey the spine". I learned that in your mat training many years ago. Stomach series on the box was so intense! And holding can definitely be harder than moving, as in the side over. Always a pleasure to spend time with you! I may be in Dallas over Christmas and if so I'm coming to see you!
