Great class, you two, thank you so much. There is a lot to feel and to learn in "simple", but not easy, movement. Well done-can't wait to incorporate some of these exercises in classes going forward

I love your classes together! Pelvic curl was challenging! Meredith,among other things, you have the best ab work in your classes I've ever done! I took your new spine corrector class last week and my abs were sore for 2 days:) Love it!!
Thanks gals! The basics are the best AND the hardest, in my opinion. Thanks for sharing your experience from the spine corrector. I'll bet I was sore from that class too.

The shouleder stabilisation on the moon box was exactly, what I needed!
I always enjoy Kristi Cooper and Meredith Rogers together, what a fantastic team!
