Hi Eniko, I appreciate your kind words as well as your feedback. This was the first time that we had filmed RP at PA & had learned a few things along the way. There definitely was a surge of adrenaline which may have caused it to feel rushed. It is meant to be more challenging with the inclusion of quick transitions, etc. The more I do it, the better it gets. Thanks again Hi Emma~thank YOU glad you like it!
Eniko, I have just taken the class myself and remember that I actually have changed a few things in this workout. A fewer less repetitions of certain exercises that will allow for an easier transition(s) as well as keeping the counts even on both sides. Thought I'd share that
thank you, Lisa! ( in my experiance- i am a professional dancer- when the transition is too quick, you miss that half-second mental check that everyhing is fine and in the right place, and this makes the process less "body-aware" , you loose consciousness that is so useful and unique in pilates. )
