I don't have any experience on an aero reformer.
Kristi? Can you help?
What I would do, is feel the heaviness of the cords.
For the heaviest cord, equate it to a red or full spring.
Next heaviest, blue or half spring.
Lightest, yellow.
That is PURE guesswork!
Let me know how you go.

That was a great class. Just enough reps of 3 and some nice variations taking matwork onto the reformer. It's quite clear that you are good friends. Looking forward to trying some more classes!
