I girl time! Your cues always help me to find the more in each move. My pelvis tilts back and my hip flexors are always tight (long hours on the computer?), so doing the knee stretch series helps to open that up before arms kneeling!--- total difference in my pelvis and quads!

I really enjoyed this. I too wasn't in the mood to workout but the comraderie and good moves was just what I needed.
Thank you Jeanne. I'm hoping the workout I'm about to do (but don't feel like doing) happens just this one did for you. Thanks for the extra push by reminding me I'll likely feel better in about an hour!

Felt like I was with my Pilates friends ... easy, friendly dynamic with cues, pace, and fine line challenge. Perfect challenge for those in between times in life.
NYE 2020. This was such a good ‘deep breath’ for my morning on that last day Of this crazy year. As always, the energy of girl time was a perfect fit.
