I absolutely loved everything about this! My new year's resolution was to do 30 minutes of Pilates every day. Still going strong on April 16! I know it's because 30 minutes is a reasonable goal -- some days (like today) I do 25, some days I do 40 minutes. But I've been able to maintain a 30 minute average every single day and my body has never been stronger or felt better. Thanks for the great workout which is now going into the rotation (pun intended :)
