Loved the cue to separate shoulders instead of bringing them together when were we were using the push through bar in prone and coming up into extension. My shoulders aren't the best and that really helped. I feel taller. Thanks.

I loved your preciseness at explaining, super clear, and also loved the breathing patters you've suggested. The bridging with the roll down bar under the knees it's just amazing, my lower back released like never before, so after that doing the rolling like a ball was a whole new experience. Thanks again xx
