I first was introduced to Pilates by you, Cathie, at Body Revival group X conference in the 90's! That session was all about breathing, too. This session was absolutely wonderful, including your clear and precise cueing throughout and some great variations, I especially liked the single leg circles combo and kneeling diagonal arms.
