Such a great class, Amy! I had no idea I was holding tension in my calves and shins when I flexed my feet. I'll be noticing that from now on, yay! Thanks!
I learned a lot about my body and how to move it better from taking this class. However, commands like “flex the crap out of your ankles,” “squish your leg,” and “twist your guts” didn’t really explain what I was supposed to do AND they took me out of the state of mindfulness I had hoped to achieve when taking this class.
