Katia great to hear.  Instead of pushups you can always just hold a plank until you feel stronger.  Do try again...it can only get easier.

At the movement sequence around 37:08, because of the camera angle I didn't see: During that sequence, did you open and close the knees or did you keep them closed all the time? Your legs were too perfectly aligned :)
Mim S I am so glad you liked the class.  I looked at the clip and it's actually really hard for even me to tell because of the print on the pants (lol).  I went back and forth between slightly apart and together.  Ultimately, I think, because it is kind of a stretchy, feel good moment you could choose whatever feels best for your body!!

this is a fantastic class.  using the ball and adding the balance challenge makes this such a great workout!!
