Wow great still tingling in my muscles.  I have a smaller ball not sure of the size, maybe 35 cm, I used that for the exercises to the back.  i also held on so I felt secure and able to move safely for me.  I am not as flexible as I used to be ages ago.  Found that more comfortable.  Loved the class.  Did at my level but great challenge for me.

Loved this Amy, especially the standing bits and bridging at the end. Felt so good to open the hips too :)

Definitely fun! Much needed posterior chain exercises.  :)
This was a lot! A lot of what I needed.  Thank you! I will need to come back to this one often.

This wasn't for me.  I got too bored.  I actually cried.  It's not the workout.  it's me.  I signed up for pilates because I was bored with weight training.  Now I can't get into pilates either.  I am lost....
