I loved this class and the focus on the shoulders. The chest expansion variations were great!
That was really nice, for me is a challenge because I have lazy arms...

Definitely a video that I will revisit! Love working on my upper body. The plank series is one of favorite...so simple yet so powerful! "Plank" you very much for another incredible class!!! ;)
