Heidi ~ Please check in with your Dr. before continuing with taking class especially if you are having any pain. In general, Pilates can be quite good for scoliosis. It would be important to know if your scoliosis is accompanied by osteoporosis or any other factors that would make this class contraindicated for you. Once you get clearance from a doctor, pay attention to how your body feels while moving through the exercises. It would also be wise to take a class from a certified professional in Pilates if possible.
