I have been out of practice for two months and in order to get slowly back to shape I have started your 10day challenge once more. It is amazing how good it feels to move and stretch and feeling my whole body "opening up" again. Thanks so much for this amazing challenge Meredith.
love it!! im so happy i took these 10 chalenging classes with you , you are a great teacher!! i have a question Meredith Rogers when im sitting on the floor and the legs are on like a v position i cant flatten my feet (i can't touch the floor with my toes)is it o.k to let the toes rise up instead of struggling with them to keep the hole foot on the floor?? thank you for your answer. andrea
