Don't let the slightly slow start fool you, this class is a powerhouse. The mat section is full of deep abdominal work. I added 2 pound free weights to the last section on the stomach to increase the work in the triceps. The pace is deliberate so it's easy to follow along and not get lost.
Standing work was challenging enough, with the floor work I really felt challenged in this workout. I don't even know how you talk through the entire 50 minutes!
