I love this class. I have been looking for some different tower variations and I can't wait to try all of these. My mind is already thinking about all the different age groups and levels that will be challenged with these exercises and variations. Thank you. You articulate your words so well that it is so enjoyable to listen to your classes. I love your cues.

Great class, deceptively difficult 😄

I loved the minimal spring changes and the challenging class. But it moves too fast both between movements and within them. No time to concentrate and notice the work being done. Anyone working with challenges who needs modifications of any kind is left behind. Goal seems to do and move on rather than feel what is happening.
