I have only been doing this for 3 days, but I can already notice a difference. I love that you have us assess our capabilities before and after the session....so powerful! I have already recommended this Challenge to two friends. Looking forward to my next session. Thank you!
This was wonderful, I'm walking around right now and I feel like I am more on top of my femurs. I have a sense of my lumbar curve (I tend towards the flat back posture). I'll be doing this more.
Thank you Niedra for bringing this work to PA! I took part in a Yamuna Body Rolling workshop and think you might have had contact with her work as well. Of course she has her own balls ( and they are great - but expensive), - and they are different from all other ball we can buy somewhere, but using the orange Franklin Ball is not bad at all! I would like to add to all your great explanations that this work is not only releasing fascia, muscles and tendons but also works as a bone- stimulant. Working along the femur the ball gives pressure and nourishing movement to the bone. I am looking forward for all the other days of the challenge! Love, Silke
Thank you Silke for your post. Yes, I have studied some of Yamuna's work and love it. This whole field of using pressure and movement to unstick the many restrictions in the body are such a fabulous addition to the whole spectrum of knowledge now surfacing, about the many ways to upgrade the body and keep restoring well being to ourselves.
