Fantastic Niedra, I carry everything in my shoulders and am finding my thoracic quite restricted. The move on the roller, with elbows on the floor and windwiping, I am struggling with getting my arms back.... will this improve with lots of practice? 😘
Sue Culley Glad you enjoy this work : yes you will improve, keep going through your body. Another option for this specific release exercise is to do it on the floor, you will have more range and traction. Sometimes being high off the ground is too muhc of an angle for really tight body parts. Enjoy....
