Amy thanks , doing a lot better but still not fully healed. Injury hamstring and piriformis syndrome. Not fun.

My favorite go to class that gets the job done in very little time! In fact this class flies by...More please.

Hi Sabrina ... thank you! I have another jumpboard class coming soon. It's a lot more jumping, footwork variations and hand weights too. Not sure when it will be up but soon I hope! A good cardio workout for sure!
Great class - just wish it would only come up in searches where the mat is also selected - had to quit about halfway through when I realized it wasn't a reformer-only class (as I don't have space for both at once).
