Yeah Kate, that Julian, he's cute, sounds nice enough (is incredibly nice) but shows NO mercy! I LOVE that man!

I LOVE Julian's Mat classes! I love the no nonsense accelerated pace. They are challenging, inventive, and effective. I would love to see more mat classes at this same level and intensity.
