Thank you Tracey for a barre introduction. I have been doing pilates for many years. I enjoyed this but felt very clumsy! You make all the movements look so graceful.
Second time I've done this and it's uneven. You forgot to do both sides in a few of the exercises. Either that or there was no cueing to move to the 2nd side.

Tracey Mallett Awesome introduction to your challenge course! I love your videos!! I was wondering. Where can I find a ballet barre like the one in this video (Active Flexibility)? I've looked at so many places online, and I can't seem to find one that's one unit quite like that with the angled feet. Thank you for any help with this!
