Just did this class with two of my other teachers at our studio. We all loved the detail of your cuing, the flow - and then the sneaky amount of work that had us all sweating! Brilliant class to both learn in and get a full body workout in! Thank you!!!!
I am having trouble wit the side lying portion. It is currently placing too much pressure on certain spots. IS there an alternative/variation to it that I can start with.
This class addressed my primary frustration with the chair, and that is the continuity issue with the constantly needing to change springs and handles. I felt like you kept the disruuptions to a minimum and so I kept moving purposefully throughout.
Delia Me too! I hate feeling like I have to stop and change springs etc. I tend to plan all of my classes on the chair around 1 change of springs, if that. Happy to know it worked for you!
