Awesome Shaazia !!! Shauna -- in terms of the foam roller -- you don't have to use one if yours is too short. You could also roll up a bath towel and use that.. or a yoga bolster (if you have one of those). The intention of the roller was really to put a bit of stability challenge in the footwork, but you can omit it also.
So soo good! I love working side body because we are all (mostly) very weak there. This progression is terrific. I'm excited to share this with my classes!
