Ouch!! Love that burn in the glutes. Thanks again Kristi! I found some standing lower leg inbalances I should address in myself! Also did it in socks on a wood floor: added inner thigh bonus.
That was fantastic!! Gluts burned so much and the cueing and tips from what you feel personally just wonderful!! I love that on PA most of the instructors often giggle when they make little mistakes (forget which side they were doing/wobble/ etc) and just come across so warm and human and never making the rest of us feel inadequate! This class I know I will do again and again. Thank you so much, Kristi.
Oh and will be 'borrowing' bits of this class next Monday when I teach my ladies who are always saying they want a J-Lo posterior! (Although who doesn't. Lol)
Wow! She talked A LOT in the beginning. It was difficult for me to stay interested to continue w this workout. :( I thought bc it was level 2 we'd go right into the exercises/moves.
