So excited to discover your foam roller reformer class and just completed the class and feel so good! You are so right about the foam roller opening up your spine. I am 74 years old with about 12 years of pilates practice and had no problem getting on & off the roller and doing all of the exercises. Expertly cued as with all of your classes. Using the foam roller for footwork helped me feel my abs way more than w/o the roller. I will definitely keep this class in my favorites and return often. Thank you🤍
Cool workout, I like the idea of incorporating the foam roller however I had a hard time not sliding when having 3 red springs and pressing out with the feet on the bar. I was barely hitting the shoulder rests so I kept sliding right past them. I tried a lighter spring and that helped a little. Maybe next time I will try adding a sticky pad.
