What a great class - tough but fun.. and it looks so easy until you try! Fab cueing - I knew just what you wanted - even if I couldn't always quite get there!

Great  exercies alittle too much knee compression on standing knees and lots ot corrections nice for in person but not great for demo class causes long pauses
