Brett seems like a great instructor but I felt like I was watching a 1:1 pilates session and not an instructional video for at-home.  I would love to attend an in-person class like this with mid-exercise spring changes and hands-on stretches but it made it difficult to follow at home.

Loved the class and cueing! I would love instructors to give us equivalent spring loads as there are different reformers out there. 

Thank you for making these moves accessible. Love that you go off your reformer to the mat. Did on home BB could which has no foot bar low position. Will try again in studio. Really enjoyed the knee stretch. Thank you always feel the workout in the power house muscles.
