Thank you, I enjoyed the use of weights and progression to teaser at the end. I wasn't sure that it was particularly 'athletic' or 'moderate pace' though.... I would have gone for 'deliberate pace' and maybe not in the athletic category. Just thought I'd mention as wasn't quite what I was expecting from these categories. Many thanks- lovely warmth and energy from Delia as always.
