my partner and i loved this class! though we got to the push-ups and realized how tiny our rings were. maybe you had to be there but it was hilarious...

Great class. Magic Circle under sternum is a revelation! I’ve struggled with push ups all my life and finally I’m able to access the exercise. Thank you Meredith!
