Hi Amy, great class as always! you asked for questions or comments on the around the world exercise - I have one. I feel like I have similar challenges to to you in terms of body shape in this exercise - deep lumbar curve and flatter thoracic but in addition I find that my hips click. I know that I can control this to some extent in most excesses but roll ups and that family of exercises tend to be problem. Any ideas as to how I can do this exercise and limit/prevent the hip click?
Excellent class- whole body work out- used 2 lbs weights for hands and 2.5 lbs ankle weights and feel pretty sweaty but strong. So Grateful for Amy's workouts!
Great class and hard work! I omitted the leg weights as I don't own any yet the class was great even without them. Thanks so much I am sure I will feel this one tomorrow!
