This class started a little slower than I expected, but I loved how it built. A good reminder that sometimes starting with fundamentals makes the rest of the workout stronger. And the eye workout was unexpected and fun!

This is one of Kristi's best classes that I have taken. If you're one of her program followers this will be a highlight. If you haven't tried one of her classes in a while this one has her approachable style and a full range of movements from fingertips to eyeballs. Give this a try on a day you want a trunk workout but also some neural stimulation in small muscles.
