I loved the rocking exercises at the end of the class. Very grounding. I also likes being able to do the 5-10 ex on each leg in the side lying series. I feel like just doing 3-5 doesn't work the glute enough.
Very well assembled level 2 classical class at an andante pace. I very much appreciated the careful setup for hip circles! Yep, I said hip circles. For once I wasn't just winging it in that exercise.
