Anyone who sees the title of this class "Powerhouse" and thinks, "No thank you," please reconsider. You won't be doing more abdominals than you do in a normal level 2 class. You will just do them with more awareness for how shoulder action, ribs, and hip points (ASIS) pull together to pull you up, forward, or control descent. I actually had fun pushing ribs down and armpits toward my hips. Fun abs! Who woulda thought?
My new go-to series when I don't have access to my Reformer, Chair or Cadillac. I am experiencing improved strength by alternating this series into my practice (not bad for 53 years young).
