Hi Jan K. It really is valuable to feel how the body is different after a work out. Even more impactful when ending is the same as beginning. Thank you!!
As for filming, that is a trick of the trade LOL. Not really... the masters at Pilates Anytime are able to edit the class zooming in and out as needed to create a better product. Totally beyond me as well. My job involved setting up the webcam, lighting and teaching class and they do the rest:) Take care!
That was just what I needed after a long bike ride to work yesterday. Nice reminder, if we were feeling gung-ho, that the stretch is part of it. I can learn from your confident clear cues too.
Nice workout! The biggest benefit I got from this class was opening up the shoulders, as I have shoulder flexion issues. The standing shoulder work was really beneficial and the pre-Swimming with the band made it much easier to prevent the movement from going into the lower back.
