This is an adventurous chair class.  I liked using furniture chair to move to yoga chair.  On the sit back into chair, Maria take it to Teaser which I never found my pelvis in the right position for on the sit down.  I couldn't find the  pelvic tuck to get the legs straight from my folding chair.  I just adapted with a Navasana (boat pose) instead in the chair which has a straight back.
