I only have 1 beginner series video left, and so far this is not only my favorite of the series, it's my favorite Pilates video to date. Love your use of the manic circle and the concept of the upper powerhouse.
Can you do a class with a yoga block for those who don’t have magic circles? And, I typically put my head down when my neck starts to ache, but then I fear that my upper abs will never get strong that way. Thoughts?
