Tough, but worth it even for an intermediate like me.  I would love to see more classes from Chris, especially some progressions to some of these advanced moves.

Needs a little extra time between movements for spring changes.

 I watched half of this video and decided it was too advanced, so I did Chris's intermediate reformer class instead.  Love the pace. Just finished watching this one, and I'm going to try it, as many times as it takes. Chris, you are my hero!
