Thank you for interesting and possible exercises for ordinary bodies. I always learn something new from you. Thank you for encouragement about one legged standing exercises. Although I’ve gotten stronger and more balanced, being a member of the ‘asymmetricals’ I’ve never stopped wobbling. I’m looking forward to the rest of the series with you!
Loved this class. Hurt my knee and was having a hard time getting back into pilates. I was able to do this class with no pain and felt great after. Very motivating !!
