love this ring of fire class! im feeling the burn 

I love your classes so much, especially the magic circle. So I want longer ones!

I'm an aging fitgirl -name it, I've done it ,taught it (including the fun of certifying in Bootybarre with Tracy and Delia in 2013!) - but as  an Icu, now clinic nurse - the last 2 years herniated 4 bulging discs, arthritic hips snapped the joints on both sides- ugh, yet I miss intense workouts - this was perfect for raising heart rate (MIT rather than HIIT seems to be gaining favor in workout land),stretching the wonked skeleton, and blissful stretch. Tracy is at her best with pilates....so healing ....and on another note, if that's her natural hair coming in, its gorgeous!!!!
