I've been doing pilates at the local gym for over a year and really thought I knew what I was doing. This class was wonderful as it really helped me put the pieces together for great form. My past instructors never took the time to really lay these concepts out for us. It's amazing how engaging everything in just the right way can make even the very basic moves effective. I loved this class!
good introduction to pilates... didn't feel like it was much of a work out at the time, but i'm sore! i LOVE that she shows a hint of what's to come as people get stronger.
Thanks for the great comment Jasmine! I know it can seem a bit slow in the beginning but hopefully each class in the series keeps taking you to the next level so you can take any class thrown your way!
Alexandra listen to your body. If you are particularly stiff, moving about first isn't a bad idea, but people generally aren't expected to do a stretch before hand.
