I really like the 30 minute classes! What a great team you two make. My only issue is that I have trouble with the semi circles. Do you have any modifications for that one? Otherwise thank you!

Awesome class, great cueing, feel fully stretched out, thank you. 
Gail D you could simply substitute a pelvic curl with your feet on the bar instead of semi-circle.  Or, if you can share more about your specific challenges with that exercise I might be able to offer more insight.
