I loved this class! I loved the Ron fletcher diamond series. Will need to incorporate that in my day to day mat work. I also love how Diane corrects herself in that an exercise is never “just” something. It’s a reminder of how pilates is intentional and we are never “just” doing an exercise because. We are doing it with reason and movement.
Love taking a class from the both of you! The analogies used throughout the movement helped connect my focus to my body. Description of placement/intention encourages the proper alignment and really targets specific areas of the body.Safe and challenging workout!
I loved incorporating a theraband with mat work to enhance the exercises and deepen the stretch in some places while in others it added a little spice! I liked the variation of using it for single leg circle when it was on left on your foot!
This class was such a nice way to start the day! I really liked all the theraband variations and the stretching incorporated throughout the class, as my body feels especially tight in the morning. The Ron Fletcher diamond exercise was a nice addition.
This gentler class was exactly what my sore body needed after an intense one yesterday. Loved the theraband stretches, especially the outer IT band/inner thigh ones!
