Noelle just a question, I realise maybe this class is intermediate but starting the stretches without any warming up just seemed like a potential problem for my body. I would still love to try the class at some point but what do you recommend to warm up beforehand? I am very prone to over stretching the muscles on the side of my body for some reason.
Great question Sue S! I recommend warming up with some high knee marches, standing arm circles, forward lunges, and standing side bends. You can also lower your knee in the lunge stretch if that feels better on your body. I hope this helps!
