Hi Karen! So great to see you! This was fabulous! Every time we did an exercise I thought oh my gosh I have to tell her how much I love this one. My body feels lengthened and stromg. You definitely covered every plane of movement. I really loved the side bending , the supine abdominal work with hands on the wall, the posterior work with feet on the wall. Karen, I loved this class. Your reminders to push into the floor/wall helped me so much with the knee pain that I usually experience with squatting and wall sits. I could even lift my knees on all 4s without knee pain!!!
All your classes are so valuable, filled with extremely useful cueing and information as to how and where the work should be felt in the body. In this class, I particularly loved the way the use of the wall and floor enhance the purpose of the exercises.
Thank you so much Karaen for an amazing class, simple clear exercises, but so effective. I felt my hips ,legs, arms and core. Really enjoyed your cues and detailed explanations. Pushing into the wall or into the ground helped me connect more so it was a great reminder. Awesome class so thanks again.
